Ping Spikes Every Few Seconds

My ping will go up to 600-1000 and I will ghost. Abouuuut 3 times every 20 minutes I guess. Still getting ridiculous ping spikes every few seconds. I just installed the Orbi, and I'm experiencing a very strange issue with ping latency from two Macbooks running Mac OS Sierra / High Sierra.
